Our meetings are held at the Messiah Lutheran Church, at the intersection of Papermill and Kingston Pike (across from PF Changs).
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month. A 6:30 p.m. "social time" precedes the formal portion of the meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m. In the past, special meetings have included: Challenge Quilts (February), Quilt Show (June), Members' "House-cleaning sale" and Ice Cream Social (July) and Holiday Dinner (December). These sometimes change from one year to the next depending on other events. Guests welcome.

Please sign in at the door so visitors can be introduced and members can be entered in the drawing(s). Meetings usually include:
  • A business portion,
  • Introduction of guests and visitors
  • Fat Quarter or Block of the Month Drawing (bring one or more. One or more names will be drawn to take them home). See the programs page for the fat quarter to bring or block to make.
  • Door prizes - must sign in at the door and be wearing guild name tag to win
  • Sew 'n Tell and
  • An informative program. See the programs page for upcoming events.
  Inclement weather policy: Smoky Mountain Quilters will not meet if Knox County Schools close. See local news broadcasts for school closures.
