8" finished block
1 fat eighth light bright fabric
1 fat eighth medium/dark bright fabric
(Use HOT COLORS: hot pinks, lime greens, orange, red, bright blues to make this bock. Use strong contrasting colors to make block.)
For 8" block:
For light triangles cut five 2-7/8" squares of light fabric. Cut in
half diagonally to make 10 half square triangles.
For small dark triangles cut three 2-7/8" squares of dark fabric.
Cut in half diagonally to make 6 half square triangles.
For large dark triangles cut one square 4-7/8" of dark fabric. Cut
in half diagonally to make 2 half square triangles.
For light squares cut four 2-1/2" squares of light fabric.
Assemble as shown above.
